Matt graduated with an honours degree in BSc Environment Management from Cranfield University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (MCIEEM).
He started his career working for Hertfordshire County Council delivering land management advice and support to community groups, landowners and other local authorities within the county. Working with enthusiastic people to enhance their local countryside, greenspaces and designated sites has always been particularly rewarding work for Matt.
Since joining Maydencroft at the beginning of 2010, Matt continued to work with community groups, landowners and local authorities but has added utility companies and property developers to his list of regular clients.

As Environment Director, Matt manages a team of motivated, professional consultants that deliver a wide range of services for discrete, individual projects or as part of large framework contracts.
