BREEAM assessments

It’s industry-standard to measure the sustainability and environmental performance of buildings against the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM).

This is an international scheme that assesses the environmental, social and economic sustainability performance of individual buildings, communities and infrastructure projects.

As full members of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM), our ecologists are qualified to advise on the Land Use and Ecology aspect of BREEAM assessments.

Our ecologists can undertake the following, which will be used to produce a BREEAM assessment report:

• Assess your site’s ecological value
• Identify features that require protection
• Advise on potential enhancements
• Assess any change in ecological value.
