Health and Safety Trainer Julian Woodall recently trained the Arborist team in Level Three Emergency First Aid and Level Three Forestry First Aid.

Julian said: "I saw some fantastic skills from the lads, not only first aid but problem-solving and leadership dealing with the scenarios thrown at them, scenarios which they may come across in their jobs as tree surgeons.

Working with the Maydencroft teams, they take the training day in a highly professional way. Well done to all the lads passing their course with flying colours."

Jay Crighton-Rook, Contracts Manager, said: "First Aid can be the difference between life and death for someone; seeing some of our team members out in the elements last week, where these situations will likely arise in our line of work, was fantastic. Great work, team!"
