Tom joined Maydencroft in June 2026 from the Countryside Management Service at Hertfordshire County Council, where he spent nearly 3-years operationally delivering a wide range of conservation, countryside, and rights of way projects, primarily through working with volunteer teams. He has also spent time with the Environment Agency, leading a field team responsible for site and asset maintenance, and vegetation and watercourse management in the Upper Lee and Stort catchment areas.
He brings over 20-years of commercial and operational experience, delivering client projects and services in different sectors and holds a MBA from the University of Durham, and an Advanced Diploma in Countryside Management & Environmental Conservation. Tom is a Trustee for the Kent Wildlife Trust.
