Elena joined Maydencroft as a Seasonal Field Ecologist in April 2026 and has since been appointed as a permanent member of the team. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and an MSc in International Marine Biological Resources (IMBRSea).
Through a range of academic and practical experience, she has developed skills in ecological surveying, as well as GIS through her master’s thesis.
Elena has a strong interest in conservation and is motivated to support ecological projects with accuracy, adaptability, and respect for the natural environment. In her permanent role, she will continue to contribute to Maydencroft’s ecological work, building on her field experience and developing her expertise across a range of projects.
