Contracts Manager

Steve brings nearly two decades of experience in project and contracts management across the construction, property, and estate management sectors. His background spans private estates, high-value residential assets, and complex, multi-disciplinary projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Since joining Maydencroft as a Contracts Manager in April 2025, Steve has been responsible for the operational delivery of landscape, environmental, and estate management projects, including works for private estates and high-net-worth clients. He oversees project planning, resourcing, procurement, and contractor coordination, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with client expectations.

Steve is highly skilled in health, safety, and compliance management, holding SMSTS certification and working towards the NEBOSH National General Certificate. He has extensive experience in tendering, budget control, and programme management, alongside a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Steve’s attention to detail, commitment to operational excellence, and hands-on leadership style enable him to deliver projects to consistently high standards while supporting long-term, collaborative client relationships.
