Krzysztof has a strong passion for the motor industry. He began repairing mechanical items in his early teenage years while studying at the Technical School of Motoring, where he became a Vehicle Technician.
After moving to the UK twenty years ago, he started his career as a driver and quickly advanced through various roles, including Transport Clerk, Supervisor, and Transport Manager, before embracing the exciting challenge of Fleet and Operations Manager at Maydencroft.
As a holder of an International CPC for Transport Managers in Road Haulage, he has overseen the compliance of entire fleets, including vehicles and auxiliary equipment, at the largest depot of a temperature-controlled food wholesaler. He managed a team of nearly seventy staff and agency workers, always emphasizing health and safety.
Krzysztof is an Institute of Advanced Motorists member and a qualified driving assessor. In his free time, he enjoys being a mechanic and is particularly interested in restoring classic motorcycles and cars.
