Based from our Windsor Office, Dave brings a wealth of hands-on arboricultural experience combined with strong operational leadership.
He began his career in arboriculture as a groundsman, progressing into management after several years in the field. This hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of contract delivery, programme management, and leading teams effectively.
Working across utility and infrastructure projects, Dave understands the importance of delivering safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations, while maintaining clear communication and operational control. He is particularly passionate about environmental awareness, ensuring that arboricultural works are carried out with care for habitats, biodiversity, and the wider landscape. This reflects Maydencroft’s commitment to sustainable land management and responsible delivery.
Known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and focus on building motivated, high-performing teams, Dave takes pride in fostering a supportive environment where people can develop and consistently deliver high-quality work.
Outside of work, he enjoys a wide range of sports and spending time with his family.
