Nick joined Maydencroft following a client recommendation of his consistent hard work and knowledge of a recently awarded tender he used to work on. He started by working in our operational teams but it was quickly recognised that with his natural leadership qualities and ability to see the best of everyone he had contact with, he would be destined for a management role at a young age.
Originally based from our Head Office in Hitchin, after a year ‘on the tools’ getting to know everyone across the divisions, Nick was promoted to Contracts Manager. He spent the next two years growing his division and teams and managing a large utility contract, multiple local authority contracts and multi-site project works.
In early 2018, Nick seized the opportunity to setup a regional office at Letchworth Garden City and in 2020 he was appointed to the Senior Management Team. Nick is now a Regional Director and he is passionate about developing and supporting his team whilst also collaboratively working with all divisions of the business to better serve our clients.
