Andy joined Maydencroft as an Arboriculture Team Leader in July 2019. By 2020, Andy had quickly demonstrated his leadership skills and was promoted to Operations Supervisor, where he supported the Arb division during the commencement of the Arboricultural Framework for Thames Water. With Andy’s continued support estimating, managing projects, procurement and logistics, the Arb division continues to grow and thrive.
Prior to joining Maydencroft, Andy worked in numerous different arboriculture and landscaping based roles for several large organisations, working with corporate clients, housing associations and local authorities. Andy has worked all across the south east of the UK but has spent most of his time in and around London. Before taking the leap into arboriculture, Andy worked in traffic management for a large firm covering the south east of England.
