Lottie graduated with distinction from Plymouth University in 2014 with a Masters in Environmental Consultancy. She has worked in both the public and private sectors where she gained a broad range of experience from roles in ecological surveying, GIS and land referencing. Lottie joined the consultancy division at Maydencroft in 2016 as an Intern, and has since progressed to being a Senior Consultant.
Lottie’s main area of expertise is managing and delivering projects related to nature recovery, including HMMPs, Invasive Non-Native Species (INNS) management plans, Flood Risk Activity Permits (FRAP), and Landscape Mitigation Plans. She is experienced at working on multidisciplinary projects and consulting with a variety of stakeholder and local community groups.
