In September we were delighted to honour employees who have achieved long service awards as part of the Maydencroft Team.

A huge congratulations to Dave Hooper who has reached 15 years with Maydencroft. Tom marked the milestone by giving Dave £1,500 as a thank you.

Dave sets an example to us all and has shared his knowledge generously over the years. Thank you for your service, Dave.

This month we are also celebrating 5 years service for Victoria Jackson and Mick Clark. Congratulations to you both.

Victoria began her journey at Maydencroft five years ago as an Assistant Ranger at Ascot Place with the Grounds and Estates team. She then moved into the Consultancy team, progressing from Intern to Landscape Assistant and later, Landscape Consultant. Now, as part of the newly formed Nature Recovery team, she serves as a Nature Recovery Consultant.

Reflecting on her time, Victoria says: "I’ve learnt so much from all the teams at Maydencroft and can’t believe how quickly the past five years have gone!"
