Boardwalk construction over a pond, to be used by students
To create a tranquil space to learn, relax and pond-dip safely, we built a wooden walkway across the school’s charming pond.
Designed for elegance and safety
St. Margaret’s is a girls’ independent school, with an incredible array of historical buildings and modern facilities on a 74 acre site.
We were commissioned to construct a boardwalk, which we then designed and built from green oak foundations and a pressure-treated structure. The result was an elegant, sturdy boardwalk, close to the water level and in keeping with its natural surroundings.
