Richard joined Maydencroft in 2018 as a Project Leader before becoming a Contracts Manager in 2021.
With 30 years’ experience within the landscaping and grounds maintenance industry, Richard has worked for social housing, local authority and private sector organisations as well as having his own business. Projects have ranged from small gardens to large estates; from sewers to roof gardens and managing social housing projects and local authority parks and open spaces. Through this he has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of different roles.
Prior to working at Maydencroft Richard has worked on projects at both Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace.
Richard is excited to use his knowledge and passion for the industry to manage and grow his teams.
