“The forestry team visited Englefield Estate for a day of lively debate and bad tree puns. Richard Edward kindly hosted the event.
The day, we covered a range of fascinating subjects, including veteran tree management, cricket bat willow, marketing of large-diameter oak, woodland reinstatement on quarried land, experimental tree species mixtures, and open space management.
