HR Advisor - Full-time, based in Gosmore (Hitchin)

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified (or currently working towards).
  • 3 Years’ experience in a previous HR advisory role (or a role with full HR responsibility).
  • An excellent communicator with the confidence to deal with people at all levels.
  • Ability to make considered decisions with a fair and consistent approach.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage pressure.
  • Good IT skills - experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint (PeopleHR, Sage Payroll, Social Media experience would be an advantage)
  • A full driving licence.

Arb Contracts Manager/Consultant - Full-time, based in Dorney (Windsor)

  • 3 years of contract management or team leading experience.
  • Although the role does not require any physical tree work, the suitable candidate will have an extensive background in arboriculture and will have excellent practical knowledge and experience.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to independently prioritise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable IT and keyboard skills (including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel).
  • A full driving licence.

Credit Controller - Part-time (25 hrs), based in Gosmore (Hitchin)

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Providing a full range of credit control services.
  • Naturally proactive as this role will include chasing overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter.
  • Good IT skills are essential, including experience with Sage50 Accounts, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Experienced Arborists - Full-time, based in Willian (Letchworth) or Dorney (Windsor)

  • Ideally 2 years proven working experience.
  • A full driving licence.
  • NPTC units CS30, 31, 38, 39 (or equivalent).

Experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader - Full-time, based in Willian (Letchworth)

  • 2 Years GM experience with a minimum of 1 Year demonstrable experience in leading a team
  • Experience with GM equipment including ride on mowers, PTO attachments, strimmers, leaf blowers etc.
  • PA1, PA6 (CS30, CS31 and EUSR water hygiene card would be an advantage)
  • A full driving licence is essential as you will be required to drive a work vehicle on a daily basis.
  • Must have a good attitude to health and safety.
