Charles Andrews

Arborist

Charles’s first career was in the outdoor industry as a climbing and water sports specialist. Following a stint in the US, he spent several years working at various locations throughout the UK- from Cornwall to the highlands of Scotland, which helped to develop his love for the outdoors and adventurous recreation.

Before working at Maydencroft, Charles studied Forest Management at the University of Cumbria, located at Ambleside in the Lake District. During his degree, he also worked with an arborist, gaining practical working experience to match with his theoretical education. Further to completing his studies, he worked as a Forest Ranger at Centre Parcs Longleat and also had a brief period working in Saudi Arabia.

Whilst at Maydencroft, Charles is looking forward to gaining experience working on larger forestry projects and learning from complex situations.
