With a solution-orientated approach and an aversion to cutting corners, Paul enjoys planning and organising the servicing and maintenance of Maydencroft’s fleet of assets around the UK - but can be still be counted on to get stuck in for an emergency repair when needed.
As a business owner in a previous life, and more recently as a service manager for a grounds maintenance business, Paul is a talented mechanic with extensive experience of managing, repairing and servicing heavy machinery, equipment and tools.
In the not too distant future, Paul is looking forward to growing the Fleet Machinery and Equipment team so that he can share his mechanical knowledge and experience with others.
Outside of work, Paul spends his time working on custom build projects, shooting, fishing, caravanning with his wife, and (because he loves a good challenge) teaching their three rehomed greyhounds the art of off-lead recall – which he readily admits he will be working on for years to come!
