Dudley Jooste

Contracts Manager

Dudley started his career in the British Armed Forces within the Royal Engineers, was promoted to Lance Corporal and received the NATO medal for peace keeping operations in Kosovo.

After leaving the Army he returned home to South Africa to build a business with his father and worked in the Democratic Republic of the Congo building powerlines. On his return to the UK, he worked at a local Tree Surgery & Landscape Management company for 4 years as a Team Leader and Climber.

His next jobs developed his management skills and he gained supporting relevant qualifications; Level 3 Diploma in Management and Leadership and IOSH Managing Safely.

He joined Maydencroft as an Arboriculture Contracts Manager in September 2022, based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire and working with key local clients such as Welwyn and Hatfield Borough Council, Broxbourne Borough Council and Buckinghamshire County Council.

Dudley is actively growing his team, working with new clients and developing his career within the environmental and arboricultural industry.
