Apprenticeships

As a large rural employer, we’re in a unique position to offer rewarding apprenticeships to many young people. In partnership with Shuttleworth College, the Berkshire College of Agriculture and Capel Manor College, we’ve created a tailored apprenticeship programme which has so far seen more than 25 apprentices join our team.

Plus, as members of The 5% Club (an organisation that helps drive ‘earn and learn’ initiatives for young people), we’ve also pledged to having a minimum of 5% of our workforce enrolled on formalised apprenticeships, sponsored student and/or graduate development schemes.

To find out more about our apprenticeships or to apply, please get in touch.

We're an equal opportunities employer

We are committed to equality of opportunity in all our employment practices, policies and procedures for all existing, potential and former employees, contractors, customers, suppliers - and every individual we work with.
